This 72-unit residential apartment building is located near the center of the University of Cincinnati Main Campus. The complex is divided into two 3-story buildings composed of 12 studios, 30 one-bedroom and 30 two-bedroom units. The facility included gated and secure parking areas for residents, an on-site community room and a fitness center.
