At Wednesday’s groundbreaking ceremony, Cheryl Sieve, Delhi Township Trustee, said it best, “Great things come to those who wait, and Delhi has waited long enough.”
The 14 acre site formerly home to a Rempke Grocery is now transforming into a catalytic mixed-use development known as Delhi Towne Square. Elevar gathered alongside the community, township, and project partners to break ground on this exciting project that will feature a cultural arts center, recreation center, Pre-K classrooms for the Oak Hills School District, township offices, apartments, and a lawn for outdoor events and gatherings. This project is a culmination of a planning initiative started in 2015 called “Plan the Pike,” which aims to strategize the best use of land to ensure a strong economic future for Delhi Township.
Elevar is serving as architecture and interior design lead, alongside partner Brandstetter Carroll, and is also providing MEP Engineering for the project.
