Elevar has an immediate opening, and we’d love to have you join our team!  We are currently seeking a Digital Design Manger in our Cincinnati, OH office.  As a Digital Design Manager, you will be responsible for providing BIM management; software license management; maintenance and improvement of 2d and 3D office standards, libraries, and templates; training of staff on 3D and 2D drafting and modeling software; creation of parametric families, and limited project work.  Software that Elevar uses that you would be expected to provide expertise in includes Revit, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Twinmotion.  Software that the you would be expected to have a working understanding of include, but are not limited to, Navisworks, Dynamo, Bluebeam, MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Some key duties and responsibilities include:

• BIM management.
• Troubleshooting of staff members design software-related issues.
• Chairing of the office BIM Best Practices team.
• Maintenance of the office software licenses.
• BIM template, detail library and BIM family library maintenance and improvements.
• Development of office best practices and standards.
• Training of staff on digital design platforms.

Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:

• Knowledge of design best practices, techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision parametric models, technical drawings and 3D renderings;
• Skill in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and Navisworks; Bluebeam; Microsoft Office programs; and familiarity with current standards of practice.
• Ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural design or related field;
• Minimum two years' experience in A/E industry using Revit and AutoCAD.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to use equipment for communication and documentation purposes;
• Visual acuity to perform responsibilities.
