FRHC Medical Office Building Topping Out Ceremony

Five Rivers Health Centers held a Topping Out Ceremony on May 25th to celebrate the last steel beam placed in the upcoming consolidated medical office building project! As the 10th largest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Ohio, Five Rivers provides access to quality, respectful care for their patients in and around the Dayton community.

As a result of their growth, they found themselves in need of a larger facility. Elevar was hired to design this new medical office building that consolidates a number of their key locations into one location offering pediatric, women’s health, , dental, and other important health services needed in this community.  With sustainability at the forefront of this project, the new facility is being designed to achieve a goal of LEED v4Silver Certification, complete with electric vehicle chargers, sun shades, green building materials and a focus on clean indoor air.

We are proud to stand behind their mission of helping community members in need.  “This new building will not only provide a state-of-the-art environment for staff, but also serves to nurture the community at large. Not only will new building become the largest FQHC in Ohio, it will be one of the most environmentally conscience,” states Project Manager Andy Plogsted.
